I finally got the Japanese pattern/instruction for BK-1051 translated.

It works for this type of purse frame with removable rod

I did add-on tiny bit to clarify the instruction (some part didn't even make sense in Japanese), but mostly I kept it the way it said in Japanese.

Please note that the pattern is not in actual size so please use the original pattern that came with the purse frames.
